The warehouse problem in Southern California is much like the freeway system, with one big traffic jam after another. Even if a trucker were able to quickly snatch a cargo container off of the docks at the Los Angeles/Long Beach port complex, the question is where to put it. It’s like solving a jigsaw puzzle. Truck yards are full.
